In less than a week, I made two sets of mango float. The first was for Ate Amy, Ate Luz and her family which I made last Sunday, October 14, 2012. And the second was just tonight. I made for BobNewYork who arrived from New York City last Tuesday, October 16, 2012 to again visit Iligan. I made him a promise that the next time he comes to Iligan I will make a mango float for him. And good thing he arrived before Pat and I will leave for Manila.
Mango Float ala Revilla :-) Pat's favorite. But, of course, he likes the one I make the most. :-D |
Will be meeting Bob with the other IBS members tomorrow, October 19, 2012 at Jacko's Kan-anan.
A Magnificent Mango Float it certainly was and I thank you so much for making it and bringing it to dinner at Jacko's with the Iligan Bloggers Society. I had looked forward to this event for a year since my previous visit.
ReplyDeleteI hope I did't leave too many scratch marks on the bottom of your container from trying to scrape the very last bits of Mango Float from it.
One of these days I might even attempt to make Mango Float for myself but I know what will happen if I do. I'd most likely eat the entire thing as soon as it is ready ! LOL
Good friends, Great food topped off with a Magnificient home made Mango Float. What a great way to start off another fun filled and adventureous visit to Iligan City !
Thank you so much.
